The Parties section names the pet owner and the assigned nanny by their PetNanny accounts, not just a first name — useful if a dispute ever needs a clear record of exactly who agreed to what.

This section states the exact service booked (dog walking, overnight, day care, drop-in, or grooming), the dates or recurring schedule, and the agreed price — locked in at the price that applied when the booking was made, even if the nanny's listed rate changes later.
